The hardest part of selling perfume online is that the product itself does not travel through a screen. That makes the product page more than a photo and a price; it is where the experience is described: the notes, the longevity, the right occasion, and what well-known scent it sits near.
The small sample is the strongest selling tool in this trade. A buyer who hesitates to spend a lot on an untried scent will spend a little to try it, and a large share of those who try come back for the full size.
After the first purchase, the real opportunity starts. The bottle runs out. With a record of what they bought and when, you can send a reminder at the right moment — recovering sales that would otherwise go to whichever advert they saw first.
And in a market that competes on price, value comes from presentation: packaging, honest description, decent photography and a fast reply. Those are what make a higher price feel comfortable, and build a name that repeats instead of one cheap sale.
