Business website
A structured company website that explains your offer, builds trust and turns visits into qualified enquiries.

What are we actually building?
Visitors reach the right information quickly and your team receives enquiries with useful context.
Clear detail before the first payment
Each item becomes reviewable scope and acceptance criteria in the proposal; integrations and data volumes receive written limits.

The quantity or limit and review criterion are stated in the proposal before work starts.

Every stage has an output you review
Up to 6 pages, mobile-first, with everything a company needs.
Define scope
Map goals, users, data and integrations, then state what is inside and outside the price.
Design or prototype
Review the journey, screens and states before committing most build time.
Build in stages
Create a reviewable version and connect functions and data in a controlled environment.
Acceptance testing
Test core journeys, errors and permissions against an agreed sample.
Launch and handover
Deploy or hand over source, accounts and documentation, then clarify post-launch ownership.
We review what you need first
We go through your goals, pages and features, then prepare a clear plan and a proposal matched to your project. The review is free and commits you to nothing.
- Your business and audience
- The goal of the project
- Pages or features that matter
- Your expected timing
Prefer a call or a meeting?
The route above is the quickest way in for this request, not the only one. If you would rather talk it through by phone or meet online — even for a small job — just say so and we will arrange it whenever suits you, at no charge.
Why is there no fixed number here?
Because the same service changes shape between projects: pages or screens, integrations, languages, and who writes the content. We price after understanding what you need, so you only pay for what your project uses — and we have plans for small, mid-sized and large businesses alike.
Pick the plan that matches where you are now
Build quality is identical across plans. What changes is how much we run and how much you take over — which follows the size of your operation, not your budget.
Launch
Core build handed over on your own infrastructure, without ongoing management.
Who it suitsRight if you are starting out, or you have someone technical to take it over.
- ✓A clear architecture for up to six pages
- ✓Service, proof and contact pages built around the buying decision
- ✓Forms and WhatsApp actions with enquiry source context
- ✓SEO foundations, analytics and social previews
- ✓Responsive design reviewed at key sizes
- ✓Domain and hosting are excluded; we deploy to compatible client-owned hosting or hand over source.
- ×Monthly care and ongoing changes are excluded
- ×Any integration or migration absent from scope is agreed separately
- ×Copywriting or bulk data entry is excluded unless stated
Growth
We run the launch, the infrastructure and the measurement for a defined term.
Who it suitsRight if the business is already taking customers and you would rather not manage the technical side.
- ✓Every feature in the Launch plan
- ✓SEO foundations, metadata and social previews
- ✓Pre-launch testing for links, forms and error states
- ✓A standard available .com, managed hosting and SSL for one year are included in client-owned accounts.
- ×Year-round monthly changes are excluded
- ×Platform fees or usage beyond written limits are paid by the client
- ×New modules, screens or languages are agreed separately
Scale
Launch, care and continuous improvement with a regular change batch.
Who it suitsRight when ads, branches or more than one language keep the content changing.
- ✓Every feature in the Growth plan
- ✓Client-owned source code, access and accounts
- ✓Plus infrastructure with monitoring, backups and small monthly updates for one year.
- ✓Training and handover session plus priority care within scope
- ×Third-party subscriptions and ad spend sit outside the build
- ×Material scope or usage expansion needs a further agreement
None of them quite fits? We will build one around you.
Right when your priorities differ, you want pieces from more than one plan, or you have a particular budget or deadline constraint.
- Scope built around what matters to you, not around a template
- Take features from one plan and leave parts of another
- Phase it if you would rather start small and grow
- Both the work and the price follow exactly what is required
These plans are a starting point for the conversation, not fixed templates. Both the work and the price follow what is actually required — any plan can be adjusted, extended or trimmed around your priorities.
Large projects are not paid in one lump sum
This is a shorter engagement; work starts after the booking payment and the balance follows at handover, as stated in the proposal.
The remaining 50% follows handover approval and precedes final launch or source transfer. These shares become written amounts in the proposal.
Who owns it and who manages it?
The client owns the domain and accounts. “Included” means TechMate manages the stated setup or cost for the written term; it never means TechMate owns the asset instead of the client.
Launch
Domain and hosting are excluded; we deploy to compatible client-owned hosting or hand over source.
Growth
A standard available .com, managed hosting and SSL for one year are included in client-owned accounts.
Scale
Plus infrastructure with monitoring, backups and small monthly updates for one year.
Before we start, we state the provider, hosting term, usage limits, year-one price, renewal price or mechanism and billing contact. Vercel Hobby is not used for commercial projects because it is restricted to personal non-commercial use.
When is the work considered delivered?
Scope
Listed functions, screens and pages pass the approved acceptance checklist.
Data
Samples or migration reconcile to written rules and rejected records appear in a report.
Access and security
Each role can only view and act within scope; credentials are not shared in code or documents.
Handover
The plan’s accounts, source, backup, documentation and training have been delivered.
Questions before ordering
Why is there no price on this page?+
Because the same service changes shape between projects — pages or screens, integrations, languages, and who writes the copy and supplies the images. A fixed number would either overcharge you or under-describe the work. We price once we understand what you need, and you get it in writing before anything starts.
Can we do a call or a meeting instead of messaging?+
Of course, at any point. The route described above is simply the quickest way in for this request, not a condition. If you would rather have a phone call or an online meeting — whatever the size of the request — tell us a time that suits you and we will arrange it, free of charge.
Is the consultation charged?+
No. The initial review, the scoping and the proposal are all free and commit you to nothing. There is no obligation until you approve a written proposal.
I have a set budget — can we work within it?+
Yes, and it helps to say so early. We order the scope by priority, start with the part that actually moves the needle, and add the rest in later phases. Sharing a budget is optional and never a condition for talking to us.
Who owns source code, domain and accounts?+
The client owns source, accounts and domain after project payment. TechMate management of hosting or renewals never changes ownership or blocks transfer.
Are domain and hosting included?+
Each plan states its exact position in the domain and hosting section. The first plan usually runs on client infrastructure, while the higher plans add management or a defined hosting term when the service needs it.
What happens when scope changes?+
We classify the request as an in-scope correction or a scope change. New scope receives a written cost, timeline and impact before implementation.
Does support include new features?+
Support covers defects and agreed operations for the plan term. A new page, module or integration is additional development unless the plan explicitly includes a monthly change batch.
Can I pay in stages?+
The proposal states a booking payment and handover balance. More stages can be added if the scope grows into independently reviewable phases.
Send us your current setup and we will recommend the right plan
We will ask about users, data, integrations, hosting and deadline, then send written scope, proposal and payment milestones.
