In electronics, buyers compare for days before purchasing. They read specifications, watch videos and ask someone who knows. The shop that lets them compare on its own pages wins, because it shortens a journey that would otherwise end at a competitor.
Filters and comparison are the core of a good electronics store. When a buyer can filter by processor, battery or price and then place two models side by side, they reach a decision in minutes instead of a half-hour call that ends in "I'll think about it".
Warranty and repairs are what build the reputation. A customer who knows their warranty is recorded and tracked, and who can check a repair without calling ten times, is the customer who returns and recommends.
And finally, stock. A model that has sold out must vanish from the store immediately. The sense that a shop lists what it does not have breaks trust faster than anything else, even when your prices are better.
